Abstract

El objetivo de esta investigación es analizar las características de las empresas de base tecnológica (EBT), haciendo especial énfasis en cuatro aspectos: las políticas públicas de spinoff, políticas institucionales de spinoff, cultura emprendedora y modelo de incubadora de empresas.
