PROYÉCTATE: ARTICULACIÓN UNIVERSIDAD- ESTADO-EMPRESA TRABAJANDO POR LA CONSOLIDACIÓN EMPRESARIAL

Abstract

Entendiendo que las instituciones de educación superior –IES-, deben contribuir con el fortalecimiento del tejido empresarial de las regiones donde están presente, se hace necesario investigar las características de las organizaciones que la componen para que a partir de este ejercicio, se pueda diseñar modelos de trabajo en donde los jóvenes universitarios aporten sus ideas innovadoras para el fortalecimiento de las empresas.

La Corporación Universitaria Autónoma de Nariño –AUNAR-, a través del Centro de Emprendimiento y Empresarismo Autónoma de Nariño –CREAN-, diseñó e implementó en el primer semestre del año 2016 un ejercicio académico extracurricular denominado, Proyéctate, cuya filosofía se sustentó en la articulación de los tres actores más representativos de la sociedad: la universidad, la empresa y el estado.

Con base en una metodología dinámica y participativa se logró que microempresarios nariñenses presentaran ante los estudiantes de la AUNARE.

Abstract: Understanding that the institutions of higher education, should contribute to the strengthening of the business network of the regions where they are present, it is necessary to investigate the characteristics of the organizations.

That compose it so from this exercise, will be designed models in which young university students bring their innovative ideas for the strengthening of companies.

The Autonoma University Corporation of Nariño -AUNAR-, through the Entrepreneurship Center and Entrepreneurship Autonoma of Nariño - CREAN-, designed and implemented in the first semester of 2016 an extracurricular academic exercise called, Proyéctate, whose philosophy was been based on the articulation of the three most representative actors of society: university, business and state.

Based on a dynamic and participative methodology Nariño micro entrepreneurs were able to present to the AUNAR students.
